Refund conditions for cancellations

Registration and accommodation:

100% Deadline
Cancellations made before June 1st, 2025
– 100% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration.

50% Deadline
Cancellation made before July 1st, 2025
– 50% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration

10% Deadline
Cancellation made before August 1st, 2025
– 10% of the total amount will be refunded deducted the administration fee of NOK 500,- pr registration

Cancellation made after August 1st, 2025
– No refund

Name Changes:

You can perform a name change in your registration and/or accommodation booking before August 25th, 2025. After the deadline, you can still change your reservation, but an amending fee of NOK 150,- per room per change will apply.

Insurance:

In registering for EUROCORR 2025, guests agree that neither EUROCORR 2025 nor the booking manager Gyro Conference AS are responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Guests are requested to arrange their own travel and health insurance. EUROCORR 2025 or Gyro Conference AS cannot assume liability for any changes or cancellations due to external circumstances or force majeure incidents.
